Two Rhode Island transplants have settled here in Northwest Florida on Escambia Bay. In Rhode Island, we spent most of our summers and fall days sailing the waters of Narragansett Bay, Block Island Sound and Buzzards Bay. We are so delighted to have found another Bay to enjoy.

GOODBYE TO AUGUST
Last night's sunset was gorgeous and sent the month of August on its way in brilliant style. The sky just lit up and the clouds glowed.
$1,000 a month? Are you kidding? Robbery, pure robbery; the current health care system has no conscience at all. Protect the borders when citizens can't protect their own bodies?
I could go on and on, but it's your blog, and the sunset is beautiful, so I'll sink below the horizon for now.
AH: Yeah it is robbery. And that's just for me. My husband's is paid for under his retirement package. I also could carry on, but my hot air is melting my keyboard.
Going, going, gone! Hello to September! Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteBye! But we'll see what's new tomorrow! I love the big banner, there's nothing more comical than a blue heron except more of them.

Ciel: thanks.
ReplyDeletePaula: I wish I could adopt herons.
